1) TITLE OF PROGRAM

Master’s Degree Program in Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy

2) TARGET AUDIENCE

Preferred applicants: corporate legal and management personnel, government officials and attorneys with a bachelor's degree in law or above and work experience.

3) LEARNING OUTCOMES

The student will deepen their understanding of basic theories, cutting-edge knowledge and management experience in the field of intellectual property and innovation policies, gain Chinese experience and global perspective in dealing with legal and policy issues, develop good critical thinking skills, and substantially improve their ability to handle intellectual property affairs.

4)DEGREE AWARDED

International students will be awarded a Master Degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy by Tsinghua University.
